Create a project at console.firebase.google.com.
Authentication → Sign-in method → enable Email/Password; add yourself under Users.
Firestore Database → create, then set Rules to:

Brevo form URL (welcome email automation)

From Brevo: Contacts → Forms → your form → embed code → copy the form's action URL. Once set, every /free signup is also sent to Brevo, which triggers your welcome automation and builds your newsletter list.

Action buttons & step ranking

How this works: these are the buttons on every client card. Each gets a step number — 1 is the first step of your outreach, and a higher number trumps a lower one. A lead's furthest step is the highest-numbered button you've ever logged on them. The charts count leads by furthest step, and each step's percentage compares against everyone who reached step 1 (so step 1 is always 100%). Buttons sharing the same number are combined into one statistic. Set a button to 0 to keep it but leave it out of the funnel. "Opens" makes the button also pop open one of the lead's links (or a booking link) after logging. Typed activity notes don't count — only buttons.
